Visa Free

According to Henley & Partners, a consultancy, Britons face the fewest visa restrictions among citizens of the 190 countries

(and territories) for which data are available. British citizens can take a short trip to 166 countries without needing to apply for a visa. People from other rich countries, like Germany and America, can also cross borders with relative ease. In contrast, people from developing countries need visas to enter most countries.

Only 38 countries will let in a Chinese citizen without a visa. But citizens of war-torn countries like Afghanistan and Iraq face the most onerous visa requirements: there are only 26 countries to which Afghans can travel without one.
