According to various studies, the peak of user activity on the most popular internet auction site eBay accounts for 6:30 - 10:30 p.m. or from 8:00 p.m. till 2 a.m. local time. In the first case, psychologists explain the peak by the fact that people come at this time from work and relax, in particular on the web. In the second case, the peak may be due to the fact that people coming from bars, sit at the computer, as tempted to buy something.
